課程概述 |
Construction Project Management introduces you to Project Initiation and Planning. We will cover the fundamentals of Project Development and the importance of project planning and scheduling. Also, we will also cover the recent technological advances that facilitate construction project management, such as Building Information Modeling and Lean Project Delivery method. The following topics will be discussed:
(1) Characteristics of construction
(2) Contract types and administration
(3) Construction bonds
(4) Construction productivity
(5) Cost planning, control and analysis
(6) Project scheduling and planning
(7) Engineering economics and finance
(8) Construction Simulation
